Blender

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable and experienced Blenders to join our client, a leading manufacturer in the food industry.
Our client specializes in spices, seasoning mixes, sauces, and other flavoured condiments for some of the biggest food chains and brands in Australia!

We have shifts available on Day Shift and up to 10-hour shifts on offer.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in food production, blending, or sanitation is highly regarded.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and blend raw ingredients according to recipes or batch sheets.
• Operate blending equipment to ensure consistency
• Maintain product quality by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor blending times, speeds, and temperatures to achieve desired results.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work efficiently on day shift and manage up to 10-hour shifts.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.

Sanitation & Safety

• Clean and sanitize blending equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Safely handle food-grade chemicals and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Sanitation of production blending machines, including setup of Cleaning in Place (CIP) pipework.
• Safe handling of chemicals and operation of the CIP system.
• Use of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to run cleaning cycles as required.
• Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all blending and cleaning tasks.
